Terms, disclaimer & privacy

1. Not therapy, not medical or professional advice

Snoupii offers candid conversation and coaching. I am not a licensed therapist, counselor, psychologist, physician or other licensed health professional. Sessions are not psychotherapy, counseling or treatment, and nothing I say is a diagnosis or medical, legal or financial advice. Sessions are not covered by insurance. If you have, or think you may have, a mental health condition, please see a licensed professional — you're welcome to talk with me alongside that.

2. Crisis

This is not a crisis or emergency service. If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself or someone else, call or text 988 (US Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or your local emergency number right away.

3. Confidentiality

I keep what you share private and don't record sessions without your permission. Because this isn't a licensed health service, conversations are not covered by HIPAA or legal privilege. I may share information if required by law, or if I believe someone is at serious risk of harm.

4. Age

Sessions are for people 18 or older. If you're under 18, a parent or legal guardian must agree before you book.

5. Booking, payment and refunds

Sessions are booked and paid through Metafy, and Metafy's terms and refund policy apply to those payments. Session lengths are minimums; I don't charge for overtime. Missed a session? We reschedule.

6. Your choices and results

You're responsible for your own decisions and actions during and after our conversations. Testimonials on this site are real messages from real people, but everyone's experience is different — results vary and are not guaranteed. If a testimonial includes you and you'd like it removed, email me and I'll take it down.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, sessions and this site are provided "as is", and I'm not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from them. Nothing here limits rights you have that can't be limited by law.

8. Privacy

This site has no accounts, forms, analytics or tracking cookies, and it loads no third‑party fonts or video players. It is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which may process basic technical data (like IP address) to serve and secure the site. If you email me, I use your email only to reply and arrange sessions. Links to YouTube, Metafy, X and other sites are governed by those sites' own privacy policies. To ask about or delete anything you've sent me, email snoupii1212@gmail.com.

9. Trademarks

Game names and screenshots belong to their respective owners. This site is not affiliated with or endorsed by Metafy, Electronic Arts, Respawn, Riot Games or Discord.
